DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

YES! We ship worldwide.

DOES THE SHIPPING COST COVER TRACKING?

We ship all orders tracked through the Royal Mail and your shipping charge covers this service.

Your tracking ID will be forwarded to you once your item has shipped. You can follow it's journey via www.royalmail.com

DO POSTERS COME FRAMED?

The price for each print does not cover the cost of the frame. However, we can always offer sound advice on helping you frame your print. We're here to help & promise to direct to you the perfect frame to perfectly complete your Honeymoon Print - Just drop us a message!

I HAVE A FRAME ALREADY, CAN YOU PRINT TO FIT?

Yes! We can print ANY size, dimension or orientation you need (up to 30 x 40 inches)

We're here to make buying the art you løve a seamless pleasure sans any complications...Simply reach out to us prior to placing your order & we will set up a custom listing tailored entirely to your needs

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE PRINTS TO SUIT MY TASTE?

We are more than happy to edit our art to fit your individual preferences. Contact us with your intended edit and one of our team will proceed & assist you from there. A change of colour palette, orientation or size will incur a Β£5 up-charge & a proof will be emailed to you for your approval prior to it being shipped.

If you require something more advanced, we advise you purchase our bespoke listing.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK?

We will always find the time to offer you the opportunity to get creative and have your thoughts and ideas brought to life by our design team. We recommend you contact us direct, outlining your ideas, font/style preferences, size requirements and colour palette -- The more detail you can provide the better.

Payment must be made BEFORE we begin to create your bespoke art. We will send an initial electronic proof for your critique, & until we've nailed it & fulfilled your expectations, we will work tirelessly perfecting it before anything is printed & shipped. The length of the design process depends on you the customer & us meeting your vision so clarity & communication is key.

WHY IS YOUR PROCESSING LEAD-TIME 1/2 WEEKS?

Honeymoon Hotel is an artisanal company. We're a small team which work closely together & our combined level of perfectionism is off the scale. Because of this, each poster is made to order & A LOT of care & attention to detail goes into everything we send out. We don't keep a stock of our prints due to the vast sizes & edits we offer. We understand that each customer is unique & so nothing is printed until your choice is made. We pride ourselves on eschewing presumptuousness and take pride in catering to the individual.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of the product we do NOT accept returns. 

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged in transit, please contact us and we can discuss how to next proceed.

Each art print is packaged with the utmost care. 
It is integral that you unwrap your prints carefully, we would hate for them to flaw at the last hurdle.

In the unlikely event that your prints arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic proof. And... DO NOT WORRY! We're all about making it right!

All printed items are shipped flat rate - that means you wont be charged extra for purchasing multiple items :)

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days of placement. This may differ when ordering our larger scale prints, the printing and cutting process is a helluva lot more arduous but good quality is worth the (slightly longer) wait!

Delivery transit times will vary based on your location...

UK: 2-5 business days (usually 1 working day)

EUROPE: 7-10 business days (usually 5 working days)

EVERYWHERE ELSE: Up to 20 business days (usually 7 working days)

All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched your invoice will be updated with your individual tracking ID.

If you suspect you have missed your delivery, please remember to check at your local post office prior to contacting us. Once your order has left our warehouse there is little that we can do other than follow it's journey. 

Many of our shipments are too large to fit through standard letterboxes & often are held at the recipient's local sorting office should the recipient not be present to sign for it.

In the event of this happening, always remember to check for a calling card & to retain it for collection. Failure to retrieve your delivery in a timely manner will result in it being returned to us... This can take months so PLEASE bare this in mind.

You will be required to present your tracking reference so it’s an idea to make an note of this just in case. You are more than welcome to contact us should you need a reminder of this.
